Football Fees include spirit pack, equipment rental (which will be returned at end of season) and practice jersey. Cheer fees include spirit pack and Regional Competition fees.
 
Only paid registrants will be added to the team roster. Please review our Rules and Regulations and Football and/or Cheer Policies before registering.

PARENTAL PERMISSION : I/We, the parent(s) or guardian of the above named child, hereby give my/our approval for participation in any and all of the activities of Stanton Pop Warner Football/Cheer during the current season. I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and the transportation to and from the activities. I/We do further release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Stanton Pop Warner Football/Cheer., the organizers, sponsors, directors, or any supervisors appointed by them. I/We likewise waive, to the extent not covered by liability insurance, any claim against any person transporting my child to or from the activities.
 
FUND-RAISING/VOLUNTEER INFORMATION: Stanton Pop Warner Football/Cheer. Is a non-profit organization. Registration fees do not cover all expenses: field fees, equipment purchasing and maintenance, officials, insurance, etc. We ask for player/parent participation in any or all team and league fund raising activities. Stanton Pop Warner Football/Cheer. Operates on volunteer assistance. All coaches and board members are volunteers ($0 pay).
 
REFUND POLICY: Only a player/cheerleader that is placed on a waiting list will receive a full refund if unable to be placed on a team due to team size. All other refunds require written request, which shall be submitted prior to certification day. A participant who resigns for any reason after Certification Day will NOT be entitled to a refund. Any falsification of this application of any kind will result in the removal of the participant from the organization with "NO REFUND." All fund raising fees and/or donations to the league are non-refundable.
 
Please keep in mind that our Football and Cheer program is a HUGE commitment. Practices will be scheduled to start August 03, 2009. Missing any practice time can cause your athlete to fall behind. Stanton Pop Warner strongly emphasizes good sportsmanship and healthy competition. All parents and participants will be required to sign and adhere to a code of conduct that will be enforced by coaches and board members during the season. Team placement is not guaranteed. In the event that there is more than one team within a division, team placement will be at coaches and the board of director's discretion.
